I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the service of your company and, Johnny ODonnell. I called you company for a number of pluming issues and I received an appointment for the very next day. The phone operator was very friendly. I was so surprised that I didn’t have to wait a week like so many other companies.
Johnny came right in, put down all of his protection barriers and immediately got to work on diagnosing my plumbing concerns. He explained everything to me and showed me what was wrong. Two of our issues were not up to county code and a danger to my family. He went over pricing and immediately got to work. He had parts for most of the items on his truck. Again, I didn’t have to wait weeks. He fixed everything that he could that day. Two of the items required custom parts which he helped me order to ensure that they were correct.
As soon as the parts arrived he came the next day after my call. He fixed the remaining fixtures. I would say that it was a pleasure dealing with Johnny. I have already called to schedule a service for another item.
Not long after I sent the first email I received a call from Johnny following up. Ironically, he called literally 30 seconds after I sent the second email regarding our mistake. The point of this third email is just to say this is why we will use iPlumb again. Your attention and interest in your customers is something that is not that common and greatly appreciated.
